West Elementary 4th Grade Students will go to Starbase on Forbes Field May 7, 9, 14, 16, and 21. This programs offers students experiences in science, engineering, and math. The students will work in groups to complete tasks, do science experiments, and learn about concepts of flight and Newton's Laws. Students will build and launch a rocket and get to tour an airplane. We will need 4 parent helpers each day. If you can volunteer for 1 (or all) of the weeks please let me know.
